Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PLETFREE CREATIONS LTD ("TubeGhost", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the TubeGhost desktop app, the web app at app.tubeghost.com, our API and MCP server, and any proxies, phone numbers and other services you buy through them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms, and "you" includes that company.
  • You must give accurate sign-up information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.

2. Workspaces and team members

The Service is organised into workspaces. The workspace owner controls who is invited, what roles and permissions members have, and the workspace's subscription. The owner is responsible for members' use of the workspace and for the data members add to it. If you are removed or disabled by a workspace owner, you lose access to that workspace's profiles and data.

3. The Service

  • Browser profiles. TubeGhost runs isolated browser profiles, each with its own fingerprint, storage and network configuration. We work to make profiles hard to link, but we do not guarantee that any website or platform will not detect, link, restrict or ban your accounts.
  • Proxies. Proxies are provided by our sister service TubeProxies and are also subject to its terms. Availability, speed, location and IP reputation can vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Phone numbers. Phone numbers are supplied by third-party carriers for receiving verification messages. We do not guarantee that a given service will accept a number or that every message will be delivered.
  • Authenticator, logins and cookies. You can store 2FA secrets, account logins and browser sessions in the Service. You are responsible for deciding what to store and for who in your workspace can access it.
  • Automation and AI. Automations, the Synchronizer, the API/MCP server, the in-app assistant and Claude Bridge carry out actions on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing what they do. AI output can be wrong.
  • Changes. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a material paid feature, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

4. Your use and third-party platforms

You must use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. TubeGhost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any other platform you use it with. You alone are responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms. We are not liable for any account suspension, demonetisation, strike, loss of revenue or other action a third-party platform takes against you.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

  • Paid plans, extra profiles, extra seats, proxies and phone numbers are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly, quarterly or annual cycle as chosen at checkout. Prices are shown before you pay and may exclude taxes, which we will add where required.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price until cancelled. We will notify you before any price increase takes effect on renewal.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated and charged at the time of the upgrade. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then, after which the workspace moves to the free plan and its limits apply. Profiles and data over the free-plan limits may become read-only or inaccessible.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until the balance is paid.

6. Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused profiles, seats, proxies or phone numbers. Proxies and phone numbers are provisioned immediately when you buy them; to the extent permitted by law, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once they are provisioned. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tubeghost.com within 14 days of the charge. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to suspension of your workspace.

7. Partner program

If you join our partner (referral) program, you earn commission on qualifying payments by customers you refer, as shown in the Partner page of the app. Self-referrals, referrals obtained through spam, misleading advertising or bidding on our brand terms, and payments that are refunded or charged back do not qualify. We may change or end the program, or withhold commission obtained in breach of these Terms.

8. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service, such as profiles, cookies, logins, 2FA secrets, automations and files ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and back up Your Content only as needed to run and support the Service. You confirm you have the rights to Your Content. You can request a copy of your workspace data by contacting us. After your workspace is deleted, we delete Your Content within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the software, browser engine builds, design and the TubeGhost name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes while these Terms are in force. Open-source components are licensed under their own licences. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates legal or security risk for us or others, if you fail to pay, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15, survive.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or undetectable by third-party platforms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, channels, accounts, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or a third-party platform's terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
