TubeGhost gives you isolated browser profiles, proxies, phone numbers, a 2FA authenticator and automation tools so you can run many channels and accounts cleanly. This policy explains the lines you must not cross. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. You are responsible for how you use TubeGhost
TubeGhost is a tool. You are solely responsible for every account you operate with it and for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of every third-party platform you access through it, including YouTube, Google and any other site. Running multiple profiles may be restricted by a platform's own rules; whether your use is permitted on that platform is your responsibility, not ours.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use TubeGhost, or any proxy, phone number or other service obtained through it, to:
- Commit fraud, including payment fraud, ad fraud, click fraud, view or engagement fraud, or chargeback abuse.
- Access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access, including credential stuffing, account takeover or using stolen cookies, sessions or 2FA secrets.
- Phish, impersonate a real person or organisation, or collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, including by SMS, email, comments or direct messages.
- Upload, stream or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, sexually exploits minors, promotes terrorism or violence, or constitutes harassment or hate speech.
- Distribute malware, run botnets, or carry out denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning or intrusion attempts against systems you do not own.
- Evade sanctions, export controls, law-enforcement investigations, or bans imposed on you personally by a court or authority.
- Launder money, sell illegal goods or services, or facilitate any other criminal activity.
- Receive verification codes for, or register accounts on, services for the purpose of any activity listed above.
3. Proxies and phone numbers
- Proxies are supplied by our sister service TubeProxies and are also subject to its terms. Traffic you send through a proxy is your traffic; you must not use it for any prohibited activity.
- Phone numbers are provided for receiving verification messages for your own accounts. You must not use them to harass, spam or deceive anyone, or for any service that prohibits virtual numbers where that would be fraudulent.
- You must not resell proxies, phone numbers or TubeGhost access unless we have agreed to it in writing.
4. Automation, API and AI agents
- Automations, the Synchronizer, the API/MCP server and Claude Bridge act on your behalf. Anything they do counts as something you did.
- You must not use them to generate abusive volumes of requests against our service or third-party services.
- Keep API tokens, connected devices and AI-client authorisations secure, and revoke them when no longer needed.
5. Protecting the service
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with TubeGhost, its browser engine or its licence and plan checks, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our written permission. If you find a security issue, report it to abuse@tubeghost.com.
- Share a seat between people or work around plan limits, such as profile or member caps.
- Interfere with other customers' use of TubeGhost.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have breached this policy, we may, with or without notice, remove content, revoke proxies or phone numbers, limit features, suspend or terminate your workspace, and cooperate with law enforcement or affected third parties where the law requires or permits. Fees already paid are not refunded when an account is terminated for breach of this policy.
7. Reporting abuse
To report abuse involving TubeGhost, email abuse@tubeghost.com with as much detail as you can, including dates, times (with timezone), IP addresses and URLs.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use TubeGhost after a change means you accept the updated policy.
